Safety storage cabinets protect flammables, industrial chemicals, and corrosives from contamination, spills, and industrial fire. Industrial-grade storage cabinets are not just metal chests or shelves that one can lock. They are designed to withstand impacts, pressure, fire, heat, etc. to secure chemicals stored inside. When selecting a safety storage cabinet for your purposes, consider chemicals you plan on storing there, as the type of chemicals determines the type of a storage compartment. As a rule, all types of safety cabinets are covered with a protective powder coating meant to prevent corrosion if something spills.
